In 2021, Andraé Holsey made history as the youngest-ever Branch President in the NAACP PA State Conference (22 years old)! Since his debut as the 2016 NSHSS Diversity Champion of the year, Holsey has been an outspoken advocate for human rights and equity nationwide. For more about Andraé and all of the Blair Co.
